Stellar Migrator for Exchange
Stellar Migrator for Exchange makes it easy to migrate your mailboxes from the Exchange server to the Exchange server. You can choose which mailboxes to migrate, set date filters, and customize settings.
Run Stellar Migrator for Exchange.
Create migration job window appears, with the General tab selected by default. Alternatively, you can open the Create migration job window anytime by clicking the New button in the JOB ribbon.
Enter the Job name for the new migration job. To know more, click here.
Choose the source server type for migration: Exchange Server.
Select the target server type for migration: Exchange Server.
Choose the mailbox types (Primary, Archive, or Public Folders) you want to migrate. You can select them separately or together to ensure that only relevant data is transferred to the target server. To know more, click here.
Configure the connection settings to select the source Exchange server for migration, click here to learn how to connect to the source Exchange server.
Preview the List of Fetched Source Mailboxes. If you have more than 100 mailboxes, you can upload the remaining mailboxes using the "Load Mailboxes Using CSV" option. To know more, click here.

Note: Ensure you have the necessary administrative credentials with impersonation rights to allow Stellar Migrator for Exchange to access and manage the mailboxes on behalf of users.

Map the source mailboxes to their corresponding target mailboxes, either automatically or manually, to ensure correct mapping for migration. To know more, click here.
Choose the Date Filter to select items for migration based on their date. To know more, click here.
Select the folder you want to migrate, such as Email, Contacts, Calendars, Tasks, Notes, Journals, drafts etc. To know more, click here.
Choose the number of mailboxes to migrate concurrently, with a maximum limit of 10. To know more, click here.
Review and confirm all configuration settings before proceeding with the migration. To know more, click here.
Click Finish to complete the migration job configuration.
After reviewing and confirming all settings, click the Start button in the JOB ribbon to initiate the migration process. To know more, click here.
