4.1.6. Preview the List of Fetched Target Mailboxes
In this step, the list of mailboxes fetched from the target server is displayed. If there are additional mailboxes that are not shown in the list, you can choose the option "Load Mailboxes Using CSV" to upload a CSV file containing the remaining mailboxes. This will allow you to preview all mailboxes from the target server before proceeding with the migration.
Once you navigate to the target Mailboxes window, the software will automatically fetch the mailboxes from the target server and display them in the list.
When you choose target server as Exchange server
Note: A maximum of 100 mailboxes can be fetched from the target server. If you have more than 100 mailboxes, you can upload the remaining mailboxes using the "Load Mailboxes Using CSV" option.
When you choose target server as Office 365
Note: All mailboxes available on the Office 365 server will be automatically fetched. Additionally, you can upload more mailboxes by using the "Load Mailboxes from CSV" option.
Steps to Select Mailboxes Using a CSV File:

Once you navigate to the Target mailboxes window, Click the Load mailboxes using CSV button.
When target server is Exchange server
or
When target server is Office 365

Select the CSV having mailbox names window will appear. Double-click the CSV file or select it and click Open.

Load Mailboxes from CSV dialog box will appear with the message: " Successfully fetched list of mailboxes from CSV. Click OK.
- The mailboxes available in the CSV file will be displayed in the list of mailboxes.
When target server is Exchange server
or
When target server is Office 365

Verify list for the mailboxes and click Next to proceed to the Map Mailboxes step, where you'll map source and target mailboxes.
Note: To get more information on how to preview target mailboxes and load source mailboxes using a CSV, click the Help button located at the bottom-left corner of the Target mailboxes window.
