4.1.8. Choose Date Filter

In this step, use the date filter to select items for migration based on their date. The filter helps you choose which items fall within the specified date range.

Steps to Choose Items for Migration Based on Dates

1. Choose the item to be migrated based on the date.

There are four options available to select items based on dates:

1. Migrate all items: Select this option to migrate mail items, regardless of their date, and include all data.

2. Migrate only items older than (date): Choose this option to migrate only mail items older than the specified date, excluding newer data.

3. Migrate only items not older than (date): Select this option to migrate mail items that are not older than the specified date, focusing on the most recent data.

4. Migrate only items from (date) to (date): Choose this option to migrate mail items within a specific date range, targeting a set timeframe.

2. Click Next to go to the Folder Type Filter step, where you'll specify which folder types to include in the migration.
