4.1.10. Max Concurrency
In this step, you can choose the number of mailboxes to migrate simultaneously, with a maximum limit of 10. This allows you to balance migration speed with available system resources. However, note that upload bandwidth is often the primary factor influencing migration speed. If your internet connection is the limiting factor, increasing the number of mailboxes migrated at once may not necessarily accelerate the overall process.
Steps to Set Concurrent Mailbox Migration Limit
- Choose the number of mailboxes that can be migrated simultaneously from the 'Set the number of mailboxes that can be migrated simultaneously to' dropdown.
Note: You can migrate up to 10 mailboxes at a time.
- Click Next to go to the Summary window, where you'll review your migration settings.
Note: To get more information on Max concurrency, click the Help button located at the bottom-left corner of the Max concurrency window.
