  • Open Outlook email client. 
  • Go to File menu and choose Open & Export option. 
  • From the right pane choose Import/Export option.

If you wish to import PST file in Outlook 2007 then execute the following steps: 

  • Open MS Outlook. From File menu, select Import and Export option.
  • Import and Export Wizard window comes up. From it, select Import from another program or file option and then click on the Next button.
  • In Import a File dialog box, select Personal Folder File (PST) and click on the Next button.
  • Click Browse to locate the PST file that you have to import. From the options box, choose an option that is suitable. Then, click on the Next button.
  • From Import Personal Folders dialog box, choose the folders that you have to import in Outlook. Lastly, click on the Finish button.
