To convert your OLM mailbox into PDF or HTML files with Stellar Converter for OLM Technician, follow these steps:

  • Launch the software. In the pop-up window, click Browse to locate the OLM file on your system. If you want the software to find the file for you, click Find.

  • Once you have provided the file, click Convert to initiate the conversion process. Once the conversion is finished, the software will display the converted items in a preview pane.
  • Select the items you want to convert and click the Save Converted Mailbox button under the Home tab.
  • In the Save As window, select PDF or HTML, and click the Next button.

  • Click Browse to locate the folder where you want to save the HTML or PDF files. If you want to apply filters, click the Apply Filter button.

  • Click the Save button to save the files in the provided location.
  • Once the files are saved successfully, the software will pop up an alert window to notify you the same.
