Stellar Converter for Office 365 is a powerful software for exporting Office 365 mailbox data in a variety of formats such as PST, MSG, EML, HTML, RTF and PDF. The tool allows the users to login to their Office 365 account and connect to the mailboxes through its interface.
Following are the steps to connect to the mailboxes on Office 365 by using the software:
1. Run Stellar Converter for Office365. Alternatively, click Connect to Office 365 button on Home tab
- Office 365 Login window will pop up with two options to connect to the mailboxes.

2. For connecting to a single mailbox on Office 365
- Select Connect to single mailbox option [See Image 2]
- Enter User Email ID and Password.
- Click OK to continue.

3. For connecting to all the mailboxes on Office 365:
- Select Connect to all Office 365 mailboxes option [See Image 3]
- Enter Admin Email ID and Password.
- Click OK to continue.

Stellar Converter for Office 365 will connect to the Office 365 account. After the connection is established, the mailbox data will start loading on the software interface.
A progress bar will appear, displaying the total items loaded. You can click Stop to cancel the loading process. [See Image 4]

After successfully connecting and loading the mailboxes, you will be able to preview the mailbox items.
