5.2.6. Preview Items & Services

Stellar Repair for QuickBooks® Software provides option to preview Items & Services information.

Steps to preview Items & Services information:

  1. Run Stellar Repair for QuickBooks® Software.

Stellar Help

  1. To know how to select and find QuickBooks® file (QBW) or QuickBooks® Backup file (QBB), see Select and Find QuickBooks® file for recovery.

  2. When you click OK on Scan Log window, preview of the selected file data is displayed. 

  3. Company on menu bar is selected by default and the screen shows the Company details as shown below: 

Stellar Help

  1. The screen is divided into two sections:

    1. The left section has Select Option with following tabs. Select Items & Services: 

  • Company

  • Chart of Accounts 

  • Items & Services

Stellar Help

  1. The right section shows the preview of Items & Services data. Data includes, 

  • Item Name, Description, Type, and Price

Note: At the bottom, the number of Items & Services found is shown.

Note: Click Save, if you want to save (QBW) file.
