Stellar Converter for NSF allows users to save NSF mailbox data or selected emails in formats other than PST. Users can save the converted NSF mailbox data as MSG, EML, RTF, PDF & HTML files.

Here is how to save NSF mailbox data in other formats using Stellar Converter for NSF –

  • Launch Stellar Converter for NSF on your PC.
  • Click on Select NSF File from the ribbon.

 

  • The Select NSF File window will appear. Click on Browse to select the NSF file to be exported.

  • Select the NSF file and click on Open.

  • Click on Convert.

  • Wait for the software to finish converting the NSF file.

  • After the conversion process is complete, select the mailbox items to preview them.

  • After the conversion process is finished, click on Save Converted File option in the ribbon.

  • It will show the Save As window. Choose the Other Formats option. Use the dropdown list against it to choose from the available file formats. After making the selection, click Next.

  • In the Choose Destination dialog box, click on Browse to select the save location.

Note – Click on Apply Advanced Filters to filter data by date or sender’s email address.

  • After selecting the destination folder, click OK to save the NSF mailbox data.

After the software has successfully saved the converted file, click on Open containing folder and go to the save location.
