When exporting mailboxes to Office 365 using Stellar Converter for EDB or Stellar Repair for Exchange, you may encounter the 'No User found' issue.

Cause of the Error- When configuring Outlook profiles, passwords are stored on multiple places. Reconfiguring profiles does not prompt for password entry. Below are steps to resolve this problem-

Method 1:

Step 1: Deleting the profile from Control Panel & then Clear Cache Data

  • Close Outlook and all Office applications.
  • Delete cached data:
    • `C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\RoamCache`
    • `C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\FORMS`
    • `C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Temp`

Note: Replace 'Admin' with the system user currently running the software.

Step 2: Remove Microsoft 365 Credentials

1. Open Control Panel.

2. Navigate to Credential Manager.

3. Delete any credentials related to Microsoft 365 under Windows Credentials.

Step 3: Reconfigure the Outlook Profile

Step 4: Start Windows License Manager Service & Empty Auto-Complete List

1. Press Windows + R, type `services.msc`, and press Enter.

2. Locate Windows License Manager Service and start it if not running.

3. Open Outlook.

4. Go to Home > Options > Mail > Empty Auto-Complete List.

5. Verify the default global address list is correctly configured.

If you still face issues with syncing the offline address book, proceed to Method 2:

Method 2: Download Address Book from Outlook Profile

1. Open Outlook.

2. Navigate to Send/Receive  

3. Then Download Address Book.

4. Choose the following location: `C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook\Offline Address Books`.
