During EDB to PST, live Exchange, or Office 365 export, Stellar Converter for EDB provides an option to remove mailbox from the processing queue or stop the entire saving process.
This feature helps you stop the EDB conversion process if you accidentally mapped wrong mailboxes or want to change priority or apply filter. To stop the conversion process, all you need to do is click on ‘Stop All’ button in ‘Save’ window.
The steps to stop mailbox saving process are as follows:
- In Save window, click on Stop All button. A new Stop Process dialog box appears.
- Click on Complete Current Mailbox to process and save the current mailbox in the queue. Click Stop Now to immediately stop the conversion process of all or remaining mailboxes.
You may also click on ‘Cancel’ button to continue EDB conversion, if you clicked on Stop All accidentally.
