Stellar Reporter & Auditor for Exchange Server
Mailbox Traffic Reports provide a detailed account of traffic flow to and from the mailboxes. The reports are based on the number of messages sent and received by the user, size of the messages and the total sent and received traffic.
Various reports listed under Mailbox Traffic Reports are:
This reports includes the number of messages sent by various users during a given time period. The report includes mailbox display address, total number of messages sent and number of internal & external messages. The report also displays a graph of top 10 senders based on the total message count of each sender.
To view Number of Messages by Sender report:
From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Email Traffic.
Under Mailbox Traffic Reports, click on Number of Messages by Sender.
Under Filter, in the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options and click Go.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.
This report provides complete information about the size of messages sent by various users from the mailboxes. The report includes mailbox display address,size of messages sent and size of internal & external messages. The report also displays a graph of top 10 senders based on the total size of all the messages sent by each sender.
To view Size of Messages by Sender report:
From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Email Traffic.
Under Mailbox Traffic Reports, click on Size of Messages by Sender.
Under Filter, in the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options and click Go.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.

This report provides sent traffic details for selected users by displaying the date, senders email id, recipients display name, message subject, message size (KB) and message id.
To view Sent Traffic for Users report:
From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Email Traffic.
Under Mailbox Traffic Reports, click on Sent Traffic for Users.
Under Filter,
In the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options.
In Mail Sent by field, select the users. Click Go.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.
This report provides received traffic details for selected users by displaying the date, senders email id, recipients display name, message subject, message size (KB) and message id.
To view Received Traffic for Users report:
From the Navigation Pane, click on Report -> Email Traffic.
Under Mailbox Traffic Reports, click on Received Traffic for Users.
Under Filter,
In the Period field, select the time period from the drop down options.
In Mail Received by field, select the users. Click Go.
If you wish to change the Server, click on Select Server and choose the server name from the drop down list.
