4.3. Save Converted NSF File

Stellar Converter for NSF software allows you to save the converted NSF Mailbox in PST, MSG or EML or RTF or HTML or PDF.

Steps to save converted mailbox in different file formats:

Select Save Converted File option from Home ribbon, and Save File window appears.

Note: Alternatively, You can also select Save Converted File option to open Save File window from File ribbon or from right bottom of the user interface.

Select any one of the formats (PST, MSG, EML, RTF, HTML, or PDF ) from the list in which you want to save the converted mailbox and click Next.

Note: The option "Don't save folder named 'All' as it contains duplicate data" is selected by default, uncheck it if you want to save the 'All' folder.

Click Browse, in the Select Destination dialog box that appears next and select the destination for the converted files and then click OK.

Note: Click Apply Advance Filter, if you want to save only the relevant data of your converted mailbox.

Click OK. A window appears and shows the status of saving progress.
Saving Complete dialog box appears with the message "Conversion Successful" after the saving process is complete. Click the link 'Open Containing Folder' if you wish to go to the location of the saved files.

Click OK to close the 'Saving Complete' dialog box.
