4.3.2. Export to Existing Outlook Profile

Stellar Converter for MBOX allows you to export the converted files to an Existing Outlook Profile.

Note: Make sure to close Microsoft Outlook before starting the process of saving converted files. 

Steps to export converted files into an Existing Outlook Profile:

1. Select Save Converted File option from Home ribbon, and Save As window appears.

Note: Alternatively, You can also open Save As window from File menu.

2. Select Export to Existing Outlook Profile and click Next. 

3. Select Outlook Profile and PST window appears which provides options to save the converted files in the following ways:

1. To save converted files as a part of an Existing Outlook profile:

1. Click Select MS Outlook Profile from the list below option and select an Outlook profile from the list of MS Outlook profiles shown.

Note: Click Apply Advance Filter, if you want to save only the relevant data of your converted files.

Note: If the Outlook profile is password protected, enter the password that appears on Enter Password window and click OK.

2. Click Save. A progress window appears with the status of the mailbox saving process.

3. A message Selected items converted and saved successfully appears after the completion of the saving process.

4. Click on Open Containing Folder link, to open the folder where the converted files are saved or click OK to close the message dialog.

2. To save converted files to an Existing PST file:

1. Select Append to existing PST.

Note: Click Apply Advance Filter, if you want to save only the relevant data of your converted files.

2. Select Browse and select the destination of the PST file in which you want to append the converted files and then click Open.

3. Click Save. A progress window appears with the status of the file saving process.

4. A message Selected items converted and saved successfully appears after the completion of the saving process.

5. Click on Open Containing Folder link, to open the folder where the converted mailbox is saved or click OK to close the message dialog.
