5.2.3. Preview Vendors

Stellar Repair for QuickBooks® Software provides option to preview Vendors information.

Steps to preview Vendors information:

1. Run Stellar Repair for QuickBooks® Software.

2. To know how to select and find QuickBooks® file (QBW) or QuickBooks® Backup file (QBB), see Select and Find QuickBooks® file for recovery.

3. When you click OK on Scan Log window, preview of the selected file data is displayed. 

4. Click Vendors from menu bar. Vendors window appears as shown below:

5. The screen is divided into two sections:

   1. Left section has two tabs: Vendors and Transactions.

      1. Under Vendors tab, Name and Balance of the vendors are available. Select the required name and preview it's information. 

Note: You can also search Vendor Name and Balance .   

Note: At the bottom, the number of vendors found is shown.

2. Under Transactions tab, the following transaction options are available. Select particular option and preview it's information: 

   • Purchase Orders

   • Item Receipt

   • Bills

   • Bill Payments

   • Checks

   • Credit Card Activities 

   • Sales Tax Payments

2. Right section of the screen shows detailed preview of the selected vendor. 

   1. Vendors tab preview includes, Vendor Name, Vendor Type, Company Name, Billing Address, Contact, Phone,  Alt Phone, Fax, Email, Terms, and Price Level. 

   2. Transactions tab preview includes, Vendor, Num, Date, Account, and Amount. 

Note: At the bottom, the number of transactions found is shown. 

Note: Click Save, if you want to save (QBW) file.
