5.2.4. Preview Employees

Stellar Repair for QuickBooks® Software provides option to preview Employees information.

Steps to preview Employees information:

1. Run Stellar Repair for QuickBooks® Software.

2. To know how to select and find QuickBooks® file (QBW) or QuickBooks® Backup file (QBB), see Select and Find QuickBooks® file for recovery.

3. When you click OK on Scan Log window, preview of the selected file data is displayed. 

4. Click Employees from menu bar. Employees window appears as shown below:

5. The screen is divided into two sections:

   1. Left section has two tabs: Employees and Transactions.

      1. Under Employees tab, Name and Employee id of the employees are available. Select the required name and preview it's information. 

Note: You can also search Employee Name and Employee id  .   

Note: At the bottom, the number of Employees found is shown.

2. Under Transactions tab, the following transaction options are available. Select particular option and preview it's information: 

   • Paychecks

   • Liability Checks 

   • Liability Adjustments 

   • Year To Date Adjustments 

   • Non-Payroll Transactions

2. Right section of the screen shows detailed preview of the selected employee. 

   1. Employees tab preview includes, Employee Name, Address, Email, Phone, Cellular, and Alt Phone.

   2. Transactions tab preview includes, Name, Num, Date, Account, and Amount. 

Note: At the bottom, the number of transactions found is shown. 

Note: Click Save, if you want to save (QBW) file.
