If Stellar Repair for Video isn’t working on some of your video files, it could be due to several reasons:
- Missing Data: Your video file data is missing and thus cannot be repaired.
- Unsupported format: Ensure the video file format is supported by the software. Please check the User Guide to see the list of compatible formats.
- Insufficient Storage: There is no or insufficient space in the storage drive where you are trying to save the repaired file.
- Physical Damage: If the storage drive containing the video files is physically damaged, it may hinder the software’s ability to access the files.
What you can do:
- Free up space on your storage device or SD card before trying to repair the videos.
- Copy your corrupt video file and the sample file (a healthy file of the same format) to a hard disk that has enough free space.
Tip: Always make a copy of a damaged video before repairing it using video repair software.
If the software is still not working on some files, you can reach out to Stellar Technical Support.
