We recommend you to make sure that you are logged in as a local administrator on the computer in which you are using the software. Also, please make sure that MS Outlook is installed on this computer and it is configured. 

 

If the above parameters are followed and still you are facing this issue then kindly follow the below process to register the DLL file:

  • Go to Run.
  • Type Regsvr32 (Don’t press enter).
  • Go to "C:\Program Files\Stellar Outlook PST Repair\" folder then Drag and drop the PhoneixDll.dll file to the Run Window, its path will be visible in the Run Window.
  • Now click on ‘Ok’.
  • You will finally get a message saying "Dll Registered successfully".
