Stellar Repair for Outlook scans and repairs the corrupted and damaged Outlook PST files and provides a preview of repaired files in a three pane structure. The mailbox items in the preview are marked in red and black color.

Red-Colored Emails: Stellar Repair for Outlook recovers the deleted emails and highlights these in red color to differentiate them from the other emails.

Select the checkbox for Do not recover Deleted Items to exclude the deleted emails (red-colored emails) in the saved file.

Black-Colored Emails: All the repaired and recovered items of Outlook data files - excluding the deleted items - are recovered and displayed in black color. Click and select a mailbox item from the left pane to preview its details in the right pane.

 

Select a particular mailbox item or select the entire recovered data to save as PST, EML, MSG, RTF, HTML or PDF format. You can also export the repaired PST to Office 365 in the Technician edition of Stellar Repair for Outlook software.
