In this case, we need to inform the customer that the actual repair depends on the preview available inside the application. The file might be severely corrupt, that’s the reason customer cannot play it. The message which the customer has seen is a default message which gets displayed.
If the customer is repairing large files then the preview would not be available. The customer need to run the repair and save the files. After this, customer needs to check if the files could be played on not.
