Yes, you may see a preview of your data once the scanning process is completed. Stellar Data Recovery Professional features the ‘Turn On Preview’ option, which enables you to check the files before recovery.
To turn on the Preview feature, follow the given steps:
- a. Download and run Stellar Data Recovery Professional on your system.
- b. Select the type of data or ‘Everything’ and then location/drive. Next, proceed to Scan the drive.
- c. Once the scanning process is done, the results will be displayed on the screen.
- d. There on the top-right, you will see an option ‘Turn On Preview,’ click on it.
- e. Now, you may see all the recovered files and once satisfied; you may proceed with recovering them.
Note: While recovering data, choose an external storage device to store the retrieved data to prevent data overwriting.
