Step 1: Launch Stellar Converter for OST. Click Browse to choose the OST file manually (if you know the location), or use the Find option to search and select the PST file when the location is unknown.
Step 2: Click the Profile List > List Profile option to display all the OST files associated with your Outlook profiles from the default location on your system under the Profile List tab. Select the OST file and click Convert.
Step 3: After the conversion is completed, the software previews the Outlook mailbox folders and deleted items (red color) in the Left pane. You can click on mail items to see their preview and select mail items for saving.
Step 4: Use the Find Message option to search emails using various search parameters, such as ‘To,’ ‘From,’ ‘Subject,’ ‘Date,’ etc., and quickly save them individually or in a group.
Step 5: Click Save Converted File under the Home tab and Choose the file format option to save the OST data to PST and other formats or export it to Live Exchange Server, Office 365, or an existing Outlook profile.
Step 6: You can choose Save PST Normally to save mail items in a PST file. You may also choose Compact and Save PST to compress the PST file or select the Split and Save PST option to save the PST file in smaller slices while saving.
Step 7: Click Browse to choose a save location and select or unselect Recover Deleted items and Auto split PST file options based on your needs. You can also click Apply Advanced Filter link to apply filters and then click OK.
Step 8: Clicking Apply Advanced Filter opens a new dialog box where you can choose options to include or exclude mail items based on email ID & date range.
