3.1. Installation Procedure

Applicability: This topic on “Installation Procedure” is not applicable for the Mac App Store edition of Stellar Repair for Photo.

Before installing the software, please ensure that your system meets the following minimum system requirements:

Minimum System Requirements:

  • Operating System: macOS X 10.11 and above

  • Memory (RAM): Minimum: 2 GB, Recommended: 4 GB

  • Hard Disk: 250 MB of free space

 

To install the Software, follow the steps below:

  1. Unzip the the setup file (.dmg.zip).

  2. Double-click the dmg file. This will mount a virtual volume.

  3. Drag the application from the mounted virtual volume to the Applications folder.

  4. To launch the software, double-click on the application in the Applications folder.

  5. Accept the License Agreement and then the main window of the software is displayed.

Note: To remove the software, drag and drop the application from Applications folder to Trash.
