4.3. Previewing and Saving Files

With Stellar Repair for PDF, you can preview and save the repaired PDF files at a desired location.  

Steps to preview the PDF files:

  1. From File Name column select the file you want to view. The preview of the file will be shown in the new window.

  1. Click Close to close the preview window.

 

Steps to save the repaired PDF files:

  1. After the PDF files are repaired, click Save button.
  2. A dialog box appears. Click Browse to choose the location where you want to save the repaired PDF files.

  1. After the location is selected, click OK.

  1. After successful completion, a Process Complete dialog box appears with a message, "Repaired files saved successfully".
  2. Click Click here link to open the folder where the repaired files are saved.

  1. Click OK to close the dialog box.

Note:

  • Saved PDF files are renamed as Repaired_[file name].pdf.
  • In the demo version of the software, preview is available for the first ten pages of the repaired PDF files and the saving option is not available.
