3.1. System Requirements

Before installing the software, ensure your system meets the minimum requirements.

Minimum System Requirements:

• Processor: Intel-compatible (x64)

• Operating System: (all x64-bit editions) Windows 11 / Windows 10 / Windows 8.1 / Windows 8 / Windows 7

• Memory: 8 GB (recommended) 4 GB (minimum)

• Hard Disk: 250 MB for installation files

• MS Outlook: Microsoft 365 / 2021 / 2019 / 2016 / 2013 / 2010 / 2007

Note: To save the repaired PST/OST file, install MS Outlook on your system.

Note:  For large files, use 64-bit MS Outlook and have 8 GB of RAM.
