4.8. How to Apply Advance Filter

Stellar Repair for Outlook offers an advanced filtering feature to help you find specific mailboxes using the Date Range filter. You can also refine your search results by excluding specific sender IDs from all the repaired mailboxes.

Steps to apply an advanced filter:

1. In the "Apply Filter" window, under the "Exclude" section, you find two checkboxes:

1. Exclude 'Junk Email' folder: Select this check box to include junk email files and folders.

2. Exclude 'Delete Items' folder: Select this check box to include deleted items file and folder.

2. From the " Save Data Within Date Range" section, select the specific "From" and "To" to find the relevant mailboxes.

3. From the Ignore Mails From Senders section, enter the list of specific senders ID's that you don't want to exclude.

1. In the Add to List text field, enter specific sender IDs that you don't want to exclude.

Note: You can exclude only one sender ID at a time in the Add to List text field.

2. Then click the Add to List button to list it.

3. All checkboxes are selected by default. Deselect any checkboxes that you do not need.

4. Click Next button to apply the filters.
