3.4. Activating the Software

The demo version is just for evaluation purpose and must be eventually activated to use the full functionality of the software. The software can be activated using the Activation Key which you receive via email after purchasing the software.

To activate the software:

1. Run demo version of Stellar Repair for OLM software.

2. On Tools menu, click Activate option. Activation window is displayed as shown below.

Note:

• If you don't have the activation key, click Get it now button in the window to go online and purchase the product.

• Once the order is confirmed, an Activation Key is provided.

3. Enter the Activation Key and click Activate button.

4. The software is activated after successful verification of the activation key you have entered.

5. 'Activation completed successfully' message is displayed after the process is completed successfully.

6. Click OK.

 

Activation Errors and Solutions

User might encounter Activation issues while activating the software. Below are some common issues and their solutions:

1.	Invalid Activation Key	Double-check the activation key for any typos or mistakes.
2.	Activation Failure Due to Blank Spaces	Remove blank spaces around the activation key before pasting it.
3.	No Internet Connection (Online Activation)	Ensure your computer is connected to the internet. Re-start the router if needed.
4.	Previous Version Conflicts	Uninstall any older versions and reinstall the correct version.
6.	Activation Server Timeout	Wait a few minutes and try again. If it persists, check if the server is down.
8.	Maximum Activation Limit Reached	Deactivate on another device or contact support to reset the activation limit.
9.	Incorrect Time/Date Settings	Ensure your computer’s date and time are set correctly. Adjust and try again.
10.	Activation Code Not Found	Verify you’re using the correct activation code from your email.
11.	Activation Code Already Used	Ensure the code is not already used on another device or contact support.
