Stellar Repair for Exchange
When an email is permanently deleted in Outlook, it is moved to the Recover Deleted Items, under the Folder ribbon. However, once the email is permanently deleted using Purge Selected Items, it will not be recoverable.
Stellar Repair for Exchange provides an option to recover these purged emails from the exchange server.
A Select Recoverable Items Folders dialog box appears on the screen. Select the folders to be recovered along with the mailboxes. The folders are described below:
Recoverable Items: This folder contains the deleted emails irrespective of the way in which they were deleted or edited.
Purges: This folder contains emails that have been purged using Purge selected Items.
Calendar Logging: This folder contains the purged calendars
Versions: This folder contains the original and modified copies of the purged emails.
Deletion: This folder contains deleted emails whose retention period hasn’t expired yet.
Note: These emails can be recovered from this folder using Recover Deleted Items tool in Outlook.
Audit Logging: This folder contains the audit log entries for the emails.
Substrate Hold: This folder contains the original copy of the modified email.
eDiscovery E Hold: eDiscovery hold contains emails that are to be protected from deletion
Click Apply. A tree view is displayed on the screen.
Click on the Unknown folder to expand and view the recovered emails.
Note: Once scanning is complete, you can preview the data of the scanned file.
