4.3.4. Save As PST

Stellar Migrator for Outlook allows you to save the scanned mailbox to a new PST file. This software has features to auto split large mailbox file while saving.

Note: Before you start the saving process of scanned files make sure that Microsoft Outlook is closed.

Steps to save in PST format:

1. Run Stellar Migrator for Outlook.

2. See Select and Repair File, to know how to select and scan mailbox for migrating.

3. After scanning the mailbox, see Connect to Licensing Account to know how to connect licensing portal.

Note: Only for the first time, you will be prompted to enter user name and password for connecting to the licensing account.

4. Click Migrate Mailbox from Home ribbon, Remaining Licence Counts screen appears. It shows the number of software licenses remaining and progress license counts.

5. Click OK. Migrate Mailbox screen appears.

6. Choose Save As PST option from Migrate Mailbox window and click Next.

7. Select Destination screen appears, click Browse to save scanned PST file at specified destination.

Note: 

• Auto split PST file  check box is selected by default, uncheck it if you do not want to split scanned PST file. This option helps to auto split new PST file at approximately 45 GB in size.

• Recover Deleted Items check box is selected by default, uncheck it if deleted repair items are not required.

• Click Apply Advance Filter if you want to apply filter on the scanned files.

8. Click OK.

9. After the saving process is completed, Saving Complete dialog box appears. It shows the path and size of the repaired file.

10. Click OK to complete the process.
