Stellar Licensing Manager
The Licenses section provides an overview of all active licenses in your cloud environment, including key details about each license's type, status, and usage. It helps you manage, track, and maintain your license allocations efficiently.
Product Code: Identifies the migration product. It helps in tracking and managing different product versions.
Product Name: Displays the name of the product used for mailbox migration.
Product Description: Provides a brief overview of the product and its features for mailbox migration.
Edition: Displays the version of the product (e.g., Standard, Premium) that determines available features.
External Ref Code: Links the product to an external reference code, useful for integrations or external tracking.
Duration Type: Defines the license's time frame, such as fixed-term (10 days) or perpetual.
Usage Type: Displays if the license is for a single transaction or multiple migrations.
Customer Name: Lists the name of the customer or organization who owns the license.
Customer Email: Displays the email address for customer contact, used for notifications related to licenses.
Start Date: Displays when the license becomes active for migration tasks.
Expiry Date: Displays when the license expires and becomes unusable for migrations.
Duration (Days): Displays how many days the license remains valid, typically 10 days for each license.
Total Count: Displays the total number of licenses available or purchased for use.
Available Count: Displays how many licenses are still available for allocation to new migration jobs.
Order ID: Identifies the order number associated with the product purchase.
Status: Displays the current status of the license (e.g., Active or Inactive).
Created At: Displays the date and time when the license was created in the system.
Note: To view the rest of the columns, use the slider at the bottom by scrolling left or right.
A single page on the Licenses menu shows up to 10 reports only. To view other reports page, navigation buttons are provided below the table.
