Stellar Licensing Manager
Job View displays key metrics for each migration job, including job name, items migrated, and completion status. It helps users track progress, monitor success and failures, and evaluate job performance.
The following are the key metrics displayed in the Jobs table, which provide insights into each user's migration progress:
Job Name: Displays the name of the migration job.
Total Items: Displays the total number of items in the migration job.
Migrated Items: Indicates how many items the job has successfully migrated.
Failed Items: Displays how many items failed to migrate.
Filtered Items: Lists the number of items excluded from migration.
Completion %: Displays the percentage of the job's migration completion.
Machine Name: Displays the name of the machine running the migration.
User Name: Displays the name of the user performing the migration job.
Status: Indicates the current status of the job (e.g., in progress, completed).
Start Date: Records the start date of the migration job.
End Date: Records the end date of the migration job.
Account Count: Displays the number of accounts involved in the migration job.
The filter box lets you quickly search specific Job by job name or user name. It helps you easily locate relevant jobs based on your criteria.
In the Jobs Screen, click on job name to view the job details user has performed. Just follow a few simple steps to view all relevant data for that user.
Go to the Reports menu, open the dropdown, and click Job View to see all user jobs in the job table.
Click on a specific job to open the Mailbox Window and view detailed information about that job.
Click any mailbox from the table to open the Folders Window, which tracks successful and failed folder migrations.
A single page on the Job View menu shows up to 25 reports only. To view other reports page, navigation buttons are provided below the table.
