4.5.6. Scheduler

Scheduler preferences allow to schedule and scan of the junk files automatically on the preset time and frequency.

To run the Scheduler:

1. Run SpeedUp Mac.

2. Click Preferences from the menu bar.

3. On the left pane, there are seven tabs available. Click on the Scheduler tab.

4. To set a Schedule for SpeedUp Mac activities,

• Check against the checkbox, Launch SpeedUp Mac automatically. It will automatically start the scanning of the software at the scheduled time.
• The software provides a various range of options to set frequency and time settings. The software will run according to set preferences. Select frequency (Daily, Weekly or Monthly) and time at which the application will get launched automatically.

5. In Save password for Scheduler section, you can save the system password in the software to let SpeedUp Scheduler run automatically. It allows the scheduler to run without waiting for you to enter the system password.

6. Click OK to save the settings.

Note: Click the eye icon next to the Password text box, to view the password entered.

Note: To revert the Preferences to the last saved, click on the Reset button.
