3.1. Installing SpeedUp Mac

Before installing the software, please ensure that your system meets the following minimum system requirements:

Minimum System Requirements:

  • Processor: Intel-compatible [Apple M1(ARM based) (x86, x64)]

  • Operating System: macOS 10.9 and above

  • Memory (RAM): 8 GB (recommended) 4 GB (minimum)

  • Hard Disk: 250 MB for installation files

 

To install SpeedUp Mac, follow the steps below:

  1. Unzip the SpeedUpMac.dmg.zip file.

  2. Double-click the dmg file. This will mount a virtual volume – SpeedUpMac.

  3. Drag the SpeedUpMac application from the mounted virtual volume to the Applications folder.

  4. To launch the software, double-click on SpeedUp Mac in the Applications folder.

  5. Accept the License Agreement and then the main window of SpeedUp Mac software is displayed.

Note: To remove the software, drag and drop SpeedUp Mac from the Applications folder to Trash.
