1. What does Stellar Migrator for Outlook do?

The software scans the PST/OST files and prepares all their data such as E-Mails, Attachments, Contacts, Calendars, Notes, Tasks and Journals for migration. Stellar Migrator for Outlook provides the preview of all scanned data and provides options to migrate scanned mailbox to any destination such as an Microsoft 365 account, a Live Exchange Server, or an Existing Outlook Profile. You can also save scanned mailbox to new PST file.

2. I have forgotten the path of my file. Can this software search it for me?

Yes, the software can look for PST/OST files on your system and find them for you easily. There is a dedicated Find option in the software through which you can locate a particular file and run a scan on it.

3. I had run the demo and can see the preview correctly in the software window. Do I need to rescan the corrupted file?
No, in the Demo version you can preview repaired files only after scanning. This special feature is included in the software to make sure that you can first preview the repair results on the outlook data file (PST/OST) and only after you are satisfied with the results, you should decide to purchase and migrate your scanned files.

4. Should Microsoft Outlook be installed in my system while I repair my file and it works well with which version?

Microsoft Outlook is not required while repairing and previewing PST/OST files. It must be installed in your system to use the saving options. The software is compatible with the following versions:

Microsoft Outlook: Microsoft 365 2021 / 2019 / 2016 / 2013 / 2010 / 2007.

5. How much time Stellar Migrator for Outlook software takes to migrate mailbox?

The time for migration process depends upon the size of Outlook data files (OST/PST). While the process is running, you have to wait until the process is completed. Once the process is completed, you can view all your mailbox data from the migrated destination.

6. Does the software migrate password protected outlook data files (OST/PST)?

Yes, this tool is capable of migrating OST/PST files that are password protected. You will be prompted to enter credentials while migrating the outlook data files.

7. Does the software maintain the integrity of the original Outlook data files (OST/PST) while migrating?

The software migrates multiple outlook data files (OST/PST) to any destination such as an Microsoft 365 account, a Live Exchange Server, or an Existing Outlook Profile without modifying contents of the original outlook data file (OST/PST).

8. I want to analyze the repair process. Can I see the log report at a later stage?

Certainly. The software provides an option to save and view log reports at any point in time. To view and save log reports follow the given steps:

• On View ribbon, select 'Log Report'.

• Log Report screen appears, click 'Save Log' and save it at the desired location to view it at any time. To know more refer to Log Report.

9. Can we exclude the deleted items from the recovered mailbox while saving?

 Yes, select the checkbox "Recover Deleted Items" to exclude the deleted items from the scanned mailbox.

10. Can I migrate mailbox of size more than 2 GB?
Absolutely yes, you can migrate any size of mailbox. There is no limitation of mailbox size.

11. What are destinations where I can migrate the scanned/repaired mailbox?

You can migrate the scanned/repaired mailbox to the following destinations:
