3.1. Installing Stellar Eraser for Mobile

Before you start using Stellar Eraser for Mobile, make sure that your computer meets the following requirements.

Minimum System Requirements:

• Processor: x86 or x64, Apple M1 Processor

• RAM: 4 GB Minimum (8 GB Recommended)

• Hard Disk: 1 GB of free space in boot volume

• Operating System:  macOS High Sierra (10.13) and above

• iOS Version for Device Erasure: All versions supported

• Android Version for Device Erasure: 5.0 and above

• Devices Supported:

  • Android: All devices with Android OS version 5.0 and above

  • iPhones: iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone 12, iPhone 12 Mini, iPhone SE (2nd Generation), iPhone 11 Pro Max, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11, iPhone XS Max, iPhone XS, iPhone XR, iPhone X, iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, iPhone 7, iPhone 7 Plus, iPhone 6S, iPhone 6S Plus, iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone SE, iPhone 5S, iPhone 5C, iPhone 5, iPhone 4S

    Note: You need an active internet connection.

To install Stellar Eraser for Mobile, follow the steps below:

1. Unzip the StellarEraserforMobile.dmg.zip file.

2. Double-click the dmg file. This will mount a virtual volume – Stellar Eraser for Mobile.

3. Drag the Stellar Eraser for Mobile application from the mounted virtual volume to the Applications folder.

4. To launch the software, double-click on Stellar Eraser for Mobile in the Applications folder.

5. Accept the License Agreement and then the main window of Stellar Eraser for Mobile software is displayed.

Note: To remove the software, drag and drop  Stellar Eraser for Mobile from Applications folder to Trash.
