Job Description

The Team Lead drives revenue growth through strategic product marketing, enhancing brand visibility and equity. They ensure competitive positioning, oversee marketing activities, and motivate their team to achieve organizational goals. This role requires leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Area of Responsibility

1. Revenue Goal

Drive business revenue growth for the File Repair product line, which includes Stellar Repair for MS SQL, Stellar Repair for MySQL, Stellar Repair for QuickBooks Software, Stellar Repair for Excel, and Stellar Repair for Access.

2. Product Review

Lead efforts to engage relevant websites and experts for product reviews to boost visibility and credibility. Perform the task independently while guiding and mentoring the team to ensure products are tested, reviewed, and presented effectively for informed customer decisions.

3. Article Marketing

Conduct independent research on relevant websites to position Stellar as a thought leader, enhancing product visibility, credibility, organic traffic, and revenue. Guide and support the team in identifying opportunities and creating impactful content to achieve these goals.

4. Forum Participation

Actively engage in forums to assist and resolve potential customer issues. Lead by example while guiding the team to ensure consistent and effective participation, contributing to customer satisfaction and brand credibility.

5. Content Planning

Research and plan unique topics focused on product features and solutions to increase organic traffic and drive revenue.

6. Affiliate Recruitment & On Boarding

Independently identify and recruit high-potential affiliates and websites that can be converted into valuable partners for the company. Ensure smooth onboarding and collaboration to drive revenue growth through their marketing efforts. Guide and mentor the team to effectively identify, approach, and manage affiliates, fostering long-term partnerships and maximizing impact.

Qualification

Qualification:
