Job Description

Stellar is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Executive BD to join our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a total of 4-5 years of proven software sales experience, preferably B2B software, demonstrating a track record of success in end-to-end sales closure. The leads are provided from the website, and the Sales Executive is required to give software demonstration to the prospect customer internationally on MS Teams call and close the deal.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Software Sales from Leads Received through the Website.
  • Meet Sales Targets
  • Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth B2B Software
  • Engage with potential clients through various communication channels, including phone calls, chats, emails, and virtual meetings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to get case studies and testimonials.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and manage leads, opportunities, and client interactions.

Desired Experience:

  • Should have 4-5 years of experience in Inside Sales/ Enterprise Sales for USA region
  • Outbound Sales on existing leads/ Business Development
  • Ability to sense opportunity over email, phone or chat
  • Should be persuasive, go-getter with high energy level
  • Fluency in both verbal and written English used for business communication
  • Sound understanding of Computer Hardware and Computer Networking
  • Excellent email articulation, Excel and presentation skills.

Qualification

  • BE, B.Tech, BCA in Computers or B.Sc. (IT).
