Job Description

Join our well-established Data Care SaaS business with over 30 years of history . This is a critical role focused on expanding and maintaining our customer base. As the Ecommerce and Retention Manager, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive renewal business by implementing first-class retention strategies, including customer loyalty programs, to reduce churn and grow MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue). Your responsibilities will encompass creating effective communication, deals, and promotions, as well as developing upselling and cross-selling programs. This end-to-end role involves both strategic planning and hands-on implementation. You will leverage your expertise not only in the subscription business but also to enhance and improve our ecommerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Your Key Responsibilities include:

• Drive Annual & Monthly Recurring Revenue (ARR / MRR) growth for our DIY Software business
• Increase and Improve the Life-Time Value of the Customer
• Manage Customer Life-cycle management after sales
• Create a system and process to identify customers who have high potential of churn, up-sell, & down-sell.
• Work with marketing to design and implement campaigns to educate our customers to minimize churn
• Increase the Average Revenue per User (ARPU) every year, thus increasing the net ARR growth.
• You will be responsible for setting & managing the Products on all our E-commerce platform.


Desired Experience:

•  Total 7-8 years with 5+ years of relevant exp., with demonstrated success in eCommerce in an International Business environment
•  Working knowledge of GA4
