Job Description
Stellar is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager (Inside Sales) for BitRaser data erasure software. The ideal candidate should have a total of 10-12 years of experience, with minimum of 5 years proven software sales experience, preferably selling B2B software, demonstrating a track record of success in Sales.
The candidate must have flexibility to work in night shifts.
- Generate new business opportunities from inbound leads for self and for team
- Qualify client needs and recommend suitable software
- Conduct impactful software demos to facilitate sales closure
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations of team, including sending proposal, negotiating orders etc.
- Responsible for business sales targets
- Cultivate positive client relations and seek customer testimonials cum case studies
- Secure repeat orders by cross selling and/ or upselling
- Provide customer feedbacks periodically to R&D, support & marketing team
- Actively participate in marketing activities such as trade shows, events, and exhibitions in the US and Europe primarily

Desired Experience:
- Sales Experience: 10 plus years of expertise in Inside Sales/Enterprise Sales for the USA region or Inbound Sales with a focus on Business Development
- At least 5 years’ experience must be in selling a technical B2B software

Qualification
- UG: B.E., B.Tech, BCA in Computers, B.Sc. or any other Graduate
- PG: Preferred an MBA in Sales & Marketing/ International business
