      1. When I try to open an Excel worksheet 2016 in Windows 10 which is already in use by another user. I get an Alert message instead of it opening in ‘read Only Mode’.

Alert: We found a problem with some content in ‘NEWTask_LOG.xlsx’. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes. After clicking on Yes, the following error occurs.

The workbook cannot be opened or repaired by Microsoft Excel because it is corrupt.

        WHY?

      2. We are using Microsoft Dynamics 2016 and Office 2016. We are facing a problem when we try to export the vendor list.
Excel cannot open the file .xlsx because the file format or file extension is not valid. Verify that the file has not been corrupted and that the file extension matches the format of the file. But, I have already checked PC & found that there is no virus/bug in local drive/folders.
