      • Launch Microsoft Outlook on your system.
      • Go to the ‘File’ at the top of the window.

      Microsoft Outlook comes with an AutoArchive feature which enables the users to archive their old and redundant PST file items to exclude it from PST file on the system’s hard drive which can be used when required.

      Following are the steps to perform the process of archiving older messages:

      • Launch your Microsoft Outlook application on your system.
      • Click on ‘Files’, select ‘Options’, and then click on ‘Advanced’ on the left hand bar.
