      1. Hi, I used a Canon EOS 700D and I manually deleted all my files manually on the camera thinking I had backed them up when I didn’t. So the program recovered MOV files but every time I tried to preview the files on the program nothing plays. And when I do play the videos from where they are saved to my computer there is just static and no video. The thing is the files are shown in a format ( XVI ) so, for example, ( XVI_6564.MOV ) whereas I’m pretty sure it should be ( MVI_6564.MOV ) but I don’t understand why they are formatted like this and how to make them ( MVI ). Please help I really need these videos for a project.

        1. Hi Zoe, If the recovered files not playing. It means these video files are more corrupt. Please contact our support email: support[@]stellarinfo.com or call:+1-877-778-6087.

      2. I used Canon EOS 750 D for 4 days on a trip with the same SD card. When I returned I looked at the LCD screen and all seemed fine at the time. I put SD on the computer to downloaded trip photographs, but some photos are got corrupted. What could happen I don’t Know? Any advice…

        1. Hello Merri,

There is a possibility your computer is infected with virus or worm. Please use antivirus program to clean your computer virus. After that try our photo recovery software demo version for recovery SD card photographs. If it will show in the preview section, then you need to buy the software to save files. Thanks
