Downloaded Spotify songs for offline listening are missing!

      • It’s probably because you didn’t go online with Spotify for 30 days! Spotify wants you to access it online at least once in 30 days, or else any music track that you have downloaded to listen to offline is removed from your device automatically.
      • Check if your Spotify subscription is active or not. Offline access to music is a feature, especially for Spotify Premium users. When your Premium plan expires, you also lose access to any offline music, podcast, etc., downloaded with the Premium account. You can stream those tracks from Spotify online.

        1. Hi Maria,
If you don’t remember your account (email or username), go to password reset and enter possible email addresses you own. When you enter an email that’s registered with Spotify, you get the message that the password reset email was sent.
There are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your account.
