    Outlook Express is NO MORE ! Is this true?

      The title itself explaining that Outlook Express does not exist anymore. So you must be thinking where is the Outlook Express has gone? Every day we are growing & getting advanced so as the Outlook Express has grown and now it has been replaced by Windows Mail. Now, Outlook express became very strong with the new name Windows Mail which was later upgraded to Windows Live Mail. This way Outlook Express is an improved email program with enhancements such as junk e-mail filtering and protection against phishing messages and some more features like its ability to automatically configure the settings to work with many popular email services.   

      It is true that we cannot use MS Outlook Express in Windows Vista because Windows Vista has an upgraded version of Outlook Express i.e. Windows Live Mail.

      Yes the Name is New but features are bit same!

      Windows Live Mail has similar features of Outlook Express but in a new package. Windows Live Mail offers integration with multiple webmail providers and other Windows Live applications.

      1. Even I was shocked when I noticed that Microsoft discontinued Outlook Express since long ago. But, this DBX converter was helped me a lot for migrating on MS Outlook 2010.

      2. But, I still use Outlook Express on Windows PC. Should I migrate on latest email application like Outlook 2016?

          I would like to inform you that Windows XP pcs are easily vulnerable to error or threat. So, you should move on latest Windows OS with Outlook 2016.

      3. They should name it “Windows Live with Backdoor”. Now anyone at MS with access to the back door can read your emails…. Not for me!
