      1. I recently synced my iPhone to my laptop and found that the music was available on the phone but not on the laptop. However, a few days later, I noticed that all the music was missing from both devices. I did not perform any sync or check the Wi-Fi sync, so I am unsure about what caused the loss of music. I am quite disappointed with the experience and feel frustrated with the situation. I hope to find a solution to this problem and avoid similar issues in the future.
