      1. Hi,
I have the following issues with my iPhone 12:-

        1. The iPhone 12 shuts down and restarts on its own occasionally. This is most annoying especially when I am using the iPhone.

        2. This is the biggest issue I have. The iPhone 12 drops off my wireless network and leaves the wireless button is permanently greyed out. I have been able to rectify this by doing a network reset, however, this network reset has stopped resolving the issue today. Again I have important information and messages I need off this iPhone which I need to print out. As I use a wireless printer, without my iPhone connected to my wireless network I cannot print this information.
I am fairly well informed on technology devices and have checked all my wife’s and my devices connected to the wireless network and they all work perfectly. This suggest to me the problem is either the device or a iOS up date.
I believe I need to do a complete reset but don’t want to loose anything on my devise.
        Please help.

        1. Hi Frederick,
Thank you for reaching out to us and explaining the issues you are facing with your iPhone 12. It seems that you have tried several troubleshooting steps, but the issues persist. In this case, you may want to try resetting your iPhone without losing your data. The article on “How to Reset iPhone without Losing Data” provides step-by-step instructions on how to do this. However, we would recommend taking a backup of your iPhone before resetting it, just to be on the safe side. Once you have taken the backup, you can proceed with the reset, and hopefully, it will resolve the issues you are facing. If the problem persists even after the reset, you may want to contact Apple Support for further assistance.

        2. I have this exact issue with my iPhone 12 too !! Restarts on its own, and will not connect to wifi or Bluetooth at all, it doesn’t even come up with an option to chose any networks.
Luckily I had a backup phone to be able to use for the past month or so.
I have spoken to Apple and they suggested to factory reset which is what I am doing now, but I have had to purchase extra Data/credit from Telstra to be able to download all of my data from my phone to my iCloud so I didn’t lose anything since I couldn’t download it using internet.
Must be something wrong with the iPhone 12’s ?

          1. Hi Georgia, I’m sorry to hear about the issues you’re facing with your iPhone 12. Random restarts and connectivity problems can indeed be frustrating. While it’s difficult to pinpoint the exact cause without more information, there are a few potential factors that could contribute to these issues.

Firstly, software glitches or conflicts could be responsible for the unexpected restarts and the inability to connect to Wi-Fi or Bluetooth networks. Factory resetting your iPhone, as suggested by Apple, is a good troubleshooting step to address these software-related issues. It essentially restores your device to its original settings, potentially resolving any software conflicts that may have occurred.

Secondly, it’s also possible that there could be a hardware problem with your iPhone 12. Defective components or hardware malfunctions can lead to the symptoms you’ve described. In such cases, contacting Apple support or visiting an authorized service center would be advisable to have your device inspected and repaired if necessary.

Hopefully, the factory reset and subsequent data transfer to iCloud will help resolve the issues you’ve been facing. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, feel free to ask.

You can try force quitting the Netflix app, restarting your iPhone, and checking for any available updates for both the Netflix app and your iPhone’s software.

If these basic troubleshooting steps do not resolve the issue, you may want to reach out to Netflix customer support for further assistance. They may be able to provide more specific guidance on resolving the issue with Netflix not playing on your iPhone.
