I got a bunch of corrupted RAW photos after transferring my files from CF card to HDD. I am not able to open nearly half of them. Will I be able to get back my corrupt CR2 files?
I guess the transfer has not yet been done properly. Now if the photos are inaccessible, you can try to recover them through Stellar Photo Recovery Software. However, you should also check with your CF card that whether it is corrupt or not.
I accidentally formatted memory card with some important data including the CF card.

Great Post! However I had a issue with Lexar 1000x 32GB card. The card seems to be all right but is not being recognized by Sandisk Card Reader. Any thoughts on this?
Thanks Donna! Lexar 1000x 32GB card are fast and you may need newer model of card reader to keep pace with its read/write speed. I guess this is a issue of compatibility.
