      1. Almost every day I get this. I’ve done everything except factory reset which no way in hell am I going to do that. I’ve deleted the mail apps. Reinstalled, changed passwords, reset iPhone. Changed settings on iPhone. I have a strong wifi connection and a strong data connection. So these resolutions don’t really help unless I’m supposed to do this almost every day. There’s a glitch somewhere but nobody seems to know how to fix it. They repeatedly give the same answer.
Delete change modify connect factory reset.
So what’s at fault? Yahoo mail or iPhone?

        1. Hi Philip,

Thank you for reaching out to Stellar.

I understand your concern of unable to receive Emails on your iPhone. As you have mentioned, you have tried all the listed methods, and none of them worked for you. Also, you don’t want to Factory Reset your iPhone because, yes, we understand that the process is lengthy and time-consuming with creating backups. But, there is still one thing you can try out on your iPhone, that is to repair iOS data where a fresh copy of the existing version of iOS will be installed on your iPhone without affecting the existing data. This way, you’ll not be required to create backups, which will eventually save you time. You can refer to the article to know how it can be done with ease, and this way, you’ll get to know what was at fault, Yahoo Mail or iPhone.

I hope it works for you!
