  Have you checked your hard drive in disk management? If not, then check it now. Sometimes, hard drive becomes RAW and not visible in under My Computer. If your hard drive appears in disk management with RAW status then use the above data recovery software to recover your data from hard drive.

  Yes, the software can easily recover data from Seagate hard drive. Even this software not only support Seagate hard drive, it also supports Toshiba, HP, and many more other companies hard drives. As it suddenly become inaccessible, then it might be possible that the hard drive is turned into RAW form. I suggest you to first check your hard drive status in disk management and if find it as raw then use RAW recovery option from the software interface to recover your inaccessible files.
