- Download, install and launch the software
- On the first screen, “Select MBOX” dialog box is displayed for you to point the software to the MBOX file to be converted. In this dialog box, from the “Email Client” drop-down list, select the mail client you want to convert
- Click on “Select File/Select Identity” button and locate the appropriate file/Identity. The path of the selected file/identity is displayed in the File path text box.
- Select the desired file(s) to be converted by selecting the checkbox in front of them
- You can search for an MBOX file using the “Find File” Option in Select MBOX dialog box
- Click on the “Convert” button to initiate the conversion process
- After the conversion completes, you can see a preview of the converted emails before saving them
- To save the converted emails to Office 365, click on “Save Converted File” button on the toolbar or select “Save Converted File” option from the Home menu.
